Responsibilities:
- Search for and attract potential clients.
- Conduct regular on-site meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Inform potential clients about connection conditions, tariff plans, and additional services.
- Take timely measures to retain existing clients.
- Maintain a database of potential clients, develop and send commercial proposals.
- Monitor the fulfillment of sales plans (revenue) by branches.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets.
- Collaborate with and support branch sales units.
- Search for, maintain contact with, and coordinate work with content providers necessary for project implementation.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Train new employees, act as a mentor, and conduct joint client visits.
- Participate in tenders and procurement competitions announced by clients.
- Develop training materials and presentations.
- Provide reports and collect information on managed areas.

Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Total work experience: at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of telecommunications service delivery technologies, subscriber equipment operation, and general principles of network construction and functioning.
- Skills in economic analysis and forecasting.
- Skills in preparing draft contracts, commercial proposals, other documents, and maintaining operational documentation.
- Skills in conducting business negotiations, preparing, and delivering presentations.
- Knowledge of key characteristics, including technical ones, their differences from market analogs, advantages, and disadvantages.
- Knowledge of business communication ethics and business correspondence skills.
- Proficiency in PC and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project).
Conditions:
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Compensation: Fixed salary + KPI.
