OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom” held the 25th anniversary 25th Spartakiade dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region.
The event was traditionally held on the shore of Issyk-Kul and gathered more than 300 employees of the company from all regions of the country. The peculiarity of the jubilee Spartakiade was the participation this year of the national team of the Russian company Rostelecom PJSC.
“This year our spartakiade becomes even larger and more interesting, as we were joined by teams from Rostelecom. This is a great opportunity to strengthen friendly and professional ties between our organizations. We are glad to welcome our colleagues and believe that joint competitions will bring us not only positive emotions, but also new experience”, – said Nurlan Madaminov, Director General of OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom”, in his speech.
The Spartakiada has become not just a sports event, but also an important part of the corporate culture of Kyrgyztelecom. This event confirmed that healthy lifestyle, team spirit and ability to work in a collective are indispensable attributes of a successful and modern company.
For three days, the teams competed in such sports as soccer, volleyball, tennis and chess.
According to the results of the Spartakiade, the teams took the following places:
Volleyball among men:

- 2nd place – RPA RRTand RBT (Republican Production Association of Radio Relay Television and Radio Broadcasting Trunklines)
- 3rd place – Jalal-Abad regional Branch
Volleyball among women:
- 1st place – Central Office
- 2nd place – Chui regional branch
- 3rd place – RPA RRTand RBT (Republican Production Association of Radio Relay Television and Radio Broadcasting Trunklines)
Soccer:
- 1st place – RPA RRTand RBT (Republican Production Association of Radio Relay Television and Radio Broadcasting Trunklines)
- 2nd place – Issyk-Kul regional branch
- 3rd place – Chui regional branch
Chess:
- 1st place – BCTN (Bishkek city telephone network)
- 2nd place – RPA RRTand RBT (Republican Production Association of Radio Relay Television and Radio Broadcasting Trunklines)
- 3rd place – Jalal-Abad regional branch
Tennis:
