Following the annual shareholders’ meeting of OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom”, the company’s performance for 2025 was reviewed
OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom” held its annual shareholders’ meeting, during which the company’s performance for 2025 was summarized and key financial and economic indicators were reviewed.
At the end of the reporting period, OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom”‘s consolidated revenue amounted to 2.5426 billion soms, which is 9% higher than the previous year’s figure. Net consolidated profit for 2025 amounted to 42 million soms.
Internet access and IPTV services account for the largest share of the company’s revenue structure—57% of total revenue. Another 15% comes from traditional telecommunications services, including local, long-distance, and international telephone services.
The fixed-line telephony market continues to be affected by a steady decline in demand due to the high availability of mobile communications and increased competition. At the same time, in 2025, the company managed to slow the rate of decline in fixed-line revenue to 6% compared to 2024, whereas previously the annual decline had been 9–10%.
Special attention was paid to the company’s social policy during the reporting period. The average employee salary increased from 34,900 soms in 2024 to 41,100 soms in 2025. In addition, the authorized capital of OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom” grew from 620 million soms in 2023 to 1.3234 billion soms in 2025.
