Balaty Kindergarten No. 21 is one of the leading preschool institutions in the city of Osh. We carefully preserve the best traditions, combining them with modern educational approaches.
Our institution was founded in 1989 as Kindergarten No. 21 “Yolochka” OOFO JSC “Kyrgyztelecom.”
In 2012, it was renamed Kindergarten No. 21 “Balaty,” and since 2015, it has been officially named: Kindergarten No. 21 “Balaty”

Since 2017, it has been operating as a private preschool educational organization.
