Low liquidity: Premises that require minor repairs, allow reconfiguration with additional approvals, lack separate access, driveways, or amenities.
Non-liquid: Premises with no potential tenants due to poor condition, located in basements or remote areas, requiring major repairs (roof, windows, doors).

The process begins with a written request from a potential client via mail or fax. The request is reviewed within 3 working days to confirm the technical feasibility of leasing the object(s) per the applicant’s requirements.
Processing the received application
Inquiry about availability
Technical specifications are sent to the Property Valuation and Expertise Center (independent valuation company) to determine the market rental rate.
If leasing is feasible, the applicant receives a draft agreement, necessary appendices, and a commercial proposal for review.
Upon client confirmation, the agreement is prepared and coordinated with the client and within Kyrgyztelecom, along with an order form (listing objects and rental prices).
From the date of signing the lease agreement and the transfer act, mutual settlements begin (monthly invoices for rent, utilities, security, electricity).
